Aluminum Product Surface Treatment:
The core is to improve the appearance texture and corrosion resistance, mainly including anodizing, electrophoretic painting, powder coating, fluorocarbon coating, etc., which can achieve different colors, lusters and protection levels according to needs.

Anodizing :
It is a common surface treatment method for aluminum profiles. By electrolysis, a dense aluminum oxide film is formed on the surface of the aluminum profile. The film is porous and can be dyed into various colors (such as silver, black, bronze, etc.) to meet different appearance requirements.
It has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is widely used in indoor and general outdoor aluminum profiles, such as door and window frames, decorative profiles.
Electrophoretic Painting:
It is a coating process based on electrophoresis principle. After anodizing, the aluminum profile is immersed in electrophoretic paint, and a uniform, smooth and dense paint film is formed on the surface under the action of an electric field. The paint film has strong adhesion, good impact resistance and wear resistance, and the color is uniform and lasting. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor aluminum profiles, especially for products with high requirements on surface flatness and corrosion resistance.
Powder Coating:
It uses electrostatic spraying technology to spray powder coating on the surface of aluminum profiles, and then cures it at high temperature to form a paint film. It has the advantages of environmental protection (no volatile organic compounds), high coating efficiency, thick paint film and excellent weather resistance. The color selection is rich, and it can resist UV radiation and temperature changes. It is widely used in outdoor aluminum profiles, such as curtain walls, guardrails, and industrial profiles.
Hard Anodizing:
Different from ordinary anodizing, it forms a thicker and harder oxide film (film thickness is usually 20-150μm) through specia l electrolysis parameters. The film has extremely high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can withstand high temperature and friction. It is mainly used in aluminum profiles that need to bear mechanical wear or harsh working environments, such as industrial equipment parts, mechanical components, and aerospace aluminum profiles.
