Aluminum Extrusion

The core process is briefly as follows:

First, the aluminum ingots formed by melting, purification and casting are subjected to homogenization and skinning pretreatment to remove impurities and ensure uniform material; then the aluminum ingots, extrusion dies and extrusion barrels are preheated to the appropriate temperature according to specifications (aluminum ingots about 430℃, dies not lower than 430℃), and the temperature is accurately controlled to avoid forming defects and equipment damage.
