Mold Design and Drawing Confirmation
According to the cross-sectional shape, dimensional accuracy and surface quality requirements of aluminum profiles, 3D software such as UG and SolidWorks are used to design the mold structure, draw standard construction drawings, clarify the parameters of key parts, and complete the drawing review and confirmation, which serves as the basic basis for subsequent processing.
Blank Preparation
Select hot work die steel such as H13 and SKD61, process the basic structure through cutting, turning and other processes to obtain mold blanks with qualified size, uniform material and no defects.

Manufacture the Aluminum Die
The blank is subjected to preheating (550-600℃), quenching (1020-1060℃) and tempering (550-580℃).
High-end molds are added with aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, so that the hardness reaches.
HRC48-52 to adapt to high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Precision Machining and Forming
Through surface grinding, milling, wire cutting and other processes, each part of the mold is precision machined to ensure that the cavity size is consistent with the drawing, and the machining accuracy is controlled within ±5μm.
Grinding and Polishing
Grind the key parts of the mold, perform fine polishing to remove burrs, so that the surface roughness Ra of the working belt is ≤0.05μm, reducing friction and ensuring the smooth surface of the profile.
