Aluminum Profile Precision Machining
After over 20 years of development, our company now equipped with CNC machining centers, CNC punch presses, CNC lathers, precision bending machines and other production equipment. We also have a team of engineers with extensive experience in deep processing of aluminum profiles. The maximum effective processing reaches 6500 mm, with machining accuracy controlled within 0.01 mm.
Precision Machining:
Perform secondary precision processing on the formed profiles, such as cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, etc., to ensure that the dimensional accuracy matches the assembly requirements and is suitable for subsequent assembly and use.

Bending and Forming:
Through cold bending, hot bending and other processes, the aluminum profiles are processed into complex shapes, such as arcs and special shapes to meet the installation and appearance needs of different scenarios.
Assembly and Supporting:
Assemble the deep-processed profiles with hardware accessories (such as connectors, seals, etc.) to form a complete aluminum profile assembly, which is directly suitable for terminal application scenarios
