The radius error of finished curved rails is controlled at the micron level with smooth and uniform arc contour and qualified end perpendicularity. Actual tests prove that curved rails align perfectly with straight rail ends, achieving nearly zero-gap seamless docking during on-site assembly. After completing the full production process including extrusion, bending, precision cutting, end face finishing and surface treatment, our quality inspection department conducts 3D dimensional retesting, arc calibration and straightness inspection on every single piece, establishing complete factory inspection records that fully comply with local industrial manufacturing standards of Turkey and export quality specifications.
