We deliver custom‑made aluminum extrusion components for FamilyMart automatic restocking machine used in Japanese convenience stores.
Strict extrusion tolerance control ensures perfect structural matching with the original equipment. All mating grooves, mounting positions and contour dimensions pass sample‑testing and onsite machine assembling verification. Visible surfaces keep complete original anodized layer, while CNC cutting and drilling surfaces are hidden inside equipment housing, with zero influence on appearance and service performance.
Against the original requirement of small‑batch post‑machining anodizing, we proposed a mature optimized solution: bulk‑line full‑length anodizing before cutting & CNC machining.
Different from small‑batch post‑machining anodizing which processes finished short‑size machined parts, our bulk‑line anodizing adopts automated vertical oxidation line for 6‑meter long extrusions. It greatly improves racking efficiency, reduces chemical loss, labor cost and rework risk caused by machining debris. Under the premise that machined bare surfaces are non‑exposed hidden areas, the whole‑set production cost is effectively reduced without sacrificing product quality and assembly compatibility.
All finished profiles satisfy Japanese indoor commercial equipment standards on color consistency, film thickness and salt‑spray resistance. Stable mass‑volume delivery supports long‑term export orders for Japanese convenience‑store equipment projects.
Note: This cost‑saving solution applies only when machined bare edges are hidden inside housing. For exposed visible edges, small‑batch post‑machining anodizing is still required.
